Welcome to ATAE, a company dedicated to helping the Multifamily Building industry become more cost-efficient and environmentally friendly. For many years, the building industry has operated in the same way, with the General Contractor and Framer only seeing plans once they have gone through the permit process. This approach leads to significant costs and time losses when issues arise during the project, which could have been avoided if the construction documentation was more efficient.

ATAE provides a solution to this problem and is committed to training both Architects and Engineers to create more efficient Construction Documentation. Our first goal is to teach better design and documentation techniques based on our extensive experience in the field.

Our next goal is to provide the most accurate framing packages that show all architectural and engineering elements, including Electrical panels, Smart Boxes, Wall heaters, Venting, HVAC, and Plumbing. We create complete floor plans that show studs, posting, hold downs, doors and windows, sheathing, and siding, ensuring that mistakes are eliminated before they occur in the field.

However, we believe that before we can achieve these goals, all trades involved in construction must become more efficient designers. We envision a world where all issues are resolved and Requests for Information (RFIs) are updated in a set of plans that anyone can follow and build. We have been doing this for over 20 years, and our efforts have resulted in over 10 million square feet of successful construction projects.
